Learning Mindfulness from a Scientist’s Perspective

Learn about mindfulness from the perspective of a scientist. Connecting science concepts that are useful to learn with wellness concepts and practices that are beneficial for your mental health gives you much needed knowledge about the world around you.

Today, we are looking at how our mindset can literally blind us or set us free due to the Law of Attraction. We use our regular dry battery , which shares many characteristics with our own bodies , as our model system in this lesson. We go through specifically defensiveness versus receptiveness mindsets. We learn about what these mindsets look like, how they work to change the way we see our environment, and of course we learn how our trusty battery works as well.

At the end of this talk, you will feel empowered to trust yourself and gain awareness of survival thought patterns and behaviors. You will learn how to replace survival thought patterns with ones that lead to more abundance in life overall. You will gain more knowledge about your body and its flow of energy.

You will also become even more aware of how tricky the human mind and body is.
