About Your Instructor:
In the pursuit of a new challenge and a quest for balance, Anea walked into a yoga studio in 2013 and began her Yoga journey. She visited multiple studios searching for the perfect class, she then took all of her experiences and melded them into her own practice- blending a welcoming atmosphere with the offering of modifications for each individual body and level. As she fell in love with the practice, she also saw a need. Anea went on to complete her 200-HR teacher training, equipping her to lead students in a practice that is both challenging and balanced. Her philosophy is centered on making yoga accessible, approachable, and enjoyable to "Everybody with a body".
