Being a black woman today is hard; we are dealing with deeply ingrained racism, as well as a pandemic.  Processing institutionalized racism and a novel coronavirus in the midst of your own self-growth journey is a lot to handle. I get it. 

I’ve found that being intentional in selecting what resources I consume has been extremely beneficial to my growth and development. Listed below are some of the books, poems, podcasts, videos and websites that I found most helpful. I hope that they serve you as well as they have served me.
